Job Summary

 

We are currently seeking an experienced self-starting, goal—oriented, and successful Sales professional to fill the role of Business Development Manager.

As a Business Development Manager, your objective is to clearly express ideas in a manner that will build rapport with our current and new customers.

The ideal candidate will not let the market dictate b their opportunities, rather, they will proactively build a pipeline of project opportunities that provide for new customer relationships and assist in managing existing key customer partnerships for long-term business growth and success.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities :

 

  • Identify opportunities in target markets.

  • Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of company competitors.

  • Assessing client needs and the company's ability to meet those needs.

  • Preparing status reports on goals.

  • Follows a proven sales process that includes prospecting, qualifying, and targeting.

  • Identifying customer needs, developing value propositions, presenting solutions and alternatives and closing the sale for future construction project opportunities

  • Bringing in new business for the company.

  • Developing strategies for growth, writing business proposals and negotiating contracts.

  • Identifying strategic goals, new business opportunities and new markets.

  • Attending conferences, meetings, exhibitions and industrial events.

 

Requirements and Skills :

 

  • Relevant Degree

  • Proven track record

  • 5-10 Years of business development sales experience

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to complete sales 

  • Ability to quickly establish relationships with  executive-level managers of large corporations
